Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Importantly, tags should remain intact and must not be removed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Ensure you inspect your order upon reception. If you identify any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and address it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items aren’t eligible for return, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom items (like special orders or personalized products), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are non-returnable. If you have doubts about a particular item, please contact us.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: If you’re looking to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to return the item you have. After the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: For shipments to the European Union, consumers have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without needing justification. It’s essential to understand that to be compliant with our return policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with its original packaging, and notably, all tags must remain attached and not be removed. Additionally, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for the return process.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll update you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, expect a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, banks or credit card companies might require additional time to process and post the refund.
